THE CROSSOVER

Allen Iverson possibly has the best crossover move in the NBA. No defender can guard him. Not even the greatest players like Michael Jordan and Reggie Miller.

HOW HE DOES IT

1. Dribbles the ball to the left and takes a step to the left. Defender follows, thinking that he will pass him from
left.

2. Takes the ball to his right arm.

3. Runs past the defender as the defender attempts to guard the left.

4. Goes for the layup or the jumper.

HOW IT STARTED

Here is what Allen Iverson says about how he started his crossover move.

"I was 15 and playing AAU ball, watching a teammate do the crossover. He was shaking people so bad. I knew with my quickness and my speed, it would be a great move for me. I couldn't get the crossover at first. It was a lot harder than it looked. I finally got the move down at Georgetown. A walk-on showed me his crossover. But I added little things to it, made it my own move."

Quotes From Other Ballers

Allen Iverson has shaked many great ballers in the NBA. To name a few; Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, Stephon Marbury, Penny Hardaway, Tim Hardaway, Kendall Gill, Bob Sura, and Reggie Miller.

"It was a great crossover move, it wasn't the first time he's done it and it won't be the last. I'm not afraid to be shown up that way." - Michael Jordan

"It was one great play, but what about all the great plays we made making him turn the ball over(four times) and left him sitting on the floor? He has great quickness, he's 21, and he's got a guy guarding him who's 34. You've got to expect that a guy with that kind of quickness is going to be able to use his speed." - Scottie Pippen
